Lot of people visited here on the day of the Nallur Ther festival, although we post some images here for those who missed it.

The Ther is infront of the temple and the Helicopter is coming again to throw flowers.
It is familiar to see young and elders snapping photos and Making videos of the great event with their latest digital cameras and Smartphones..
"Dansal" operated by the Governmet forces. They gave away boiled peas and cool drinks. Later they provided lunch parcels too to the devotes from all the road entrances to the temple. You can spot minister Douglas Devananda too waiting to pray to the Swami in the Ther.
After the veethi valam Ther came back to the place.

People are queuing for to get Annathanam (Lunch offering) at a madam. See the bundles of dried "valai thdal" over the auto, to serve lunch for the devotees..
